Though we may not be at Hogwarts (wish as we might that we were), it would appear that help is available, but we have to be able to ask for it.  It's not always easy to ask for help, but if you are able, here are a couple of good resources.

 Nami has a great website where you can learn more about mental illness, share your story, and find help for yourself or someone you know who is struggling.  The Athens, OH chapter hosts a podcast which I highly recommend.  Click here to check it out.
